FAQ

Straight answers.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we don’t publish one number. After a short call you get a written, fixed quotation in Bahraini dinar. Requesting it is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.

How long does it take?

As a guide, a landing page takes 1 to 2 weeks, a business website 3 to 6 weeks, and an app or custom system 2 to 4 months. Your proposal gives dates for your project.

Do you only work with big companies?

No. We work with individuals, startups and established businesses. We’ll suggest a smaller first version if that’s the sensible way to start.

Who owns the website or app when it’s finished?

You do. Once the project is paid for, you get the source code, logins and documentation. Your domain and accounts stay in your name.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes a short period to fix anything we got wrong. After that you can move to a support plan for monitoring, updates and help when you need it, or take it over yourself.

How do payments work?

Usually a deposit to begin, then staged payments tied to milestones in your proposal. Each invoice is in Bahraini dinar, and we’ll confirm the payment options with your quotation.

Can you build in Arabic and English?

Yes. Layouts are designed to work right-to-left and left-to-right, not just translated. This site is an example.

Can you take over an existing site or system?

Usually, yes. We start with a review of what you have, tell you plainly what’s worth keeping, and take it from there.

How can I follow my project?

Every request gets a reference number. Enter it with your email on the tracking page to see the current stage at any time.
